The lottery winner successfully matched the 5 numbers of the regular guess set and the additional number (Powerball) after purchasing the ticket at Wesley’s Restaurant, near Elkton on Christmas Eve.The holiday draw’s winning numbers are: 14, 16, 30, 51, 52, the Powerball number is 19, and the Power Play number is 2.With the approaching holidays and mounting jackpot, USA-Powerball’s Christmas Eve draw yielded a total of 1,211,530 winners. Since Powerball joined Maryland’s lottery offerings in 2010, the multi-state game has twice graced the state with impressive wins: the Christmas jackpot joins the company of a Havre de Grace man who won a $1 million prize earlier this month.Employees at Wesley’s Restaurant confirmed that an anonymous caller inquired about the lottery’s winning numbers although the ticket holder has yet to claim the prize in person.
